Double it up and you will have a really nice time.
You can however survive with the 600 as well.

IT depends on if you are self catering or if you have any meals in the cost of your holiday. Are you going out every night on the juice? You can buy mega cheap wine at the supermarket if you are prepared to stay in and chill on the balcony a few nights. Dont go to the restaurants on the front as they are always more expensive. Maybe get some stuff in and have brekkie in the aparment or you can usually get a good full english for a few quid. If your planning excursions dont book through the rep they are usually cheaper if you book them privately , you wioll see booths dotted about selling the trips. Just go to the welcome talk with the rep so you can get all the info. I think zante is a bit cheaper than the uk, but money goes fast. I usually go by £50 a day. My best advice is just have a good look around on your first day to weigh up the prices of retaurants, beer , trips etc. Dont be shy about asking the rep for advice.
